The host, Dr. Simon Fox, talks with a personal trainer, a counsellor specialising in LGBTQ+ people, an award-winning dementia champion, a specialist HIV nurse, and a sexual health pharmacist from Texas. 
Every episode of Doctor DILF is followed by Doctor DILF: Extra Length, a roundtable discussion between three older gay men on the topic of the week. Often poignant, often hilarious, and always witty and erudite.
